Capital Market captured by fraudsters in Ghana?

Concerned finance analyst are worried with recent happenings within the financial sector in the country.

According to them, these happenings give a strong indication that there is massive collusion and corruption in the appointments and dealings within the capital market.  Most Ghanaians have expressed worry that, the  finance ministry and Databank may be engaging in fraud.

Ghanaians must be surprised and concerned about the appointment of Rev. Ogbame, who is the current Vice President of Databank  to head the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) which is expected to investigate among other things the $2.25billion bond issued by the Finance Minister, Ken Ofori Atta.

Again, Keli Gadzekpo, who is also an executive/board director of Databank is now a board member of Bank of Ghana.  These raises a lot of concerns and leaves a number of questions which begs for answers.  Who checks issues of conflict of interest in the country?  Is the CHRAJ aware and willing to check what is a seeming disastrous appointments and collusions in the country?
